Texas Premarital AgreementReviewed by a Lawyer

Premarital Agreement

A premarital agreement, also known as a prenuptial agreement, or prenup, is a contract written between two people before they get married. It lists all the property that each person owns prior to marriage. It allows the individuals to agree to how living expenses and the expenses of raising children will be allocated both during the marriage and in the event of a divorce or death of one individual.
