Amendment of Lease
Once a lease has been signed, you can usually change its terms only if the landlord and tenant agree and sign a written amendment. Use this form if you need to amend an existing lease.

This form is designed for business-to-business transactions and is not intended for residential transactions. State laws vary in the terms and requirements for residential lease agreements. You should check your state laws for any specific language that may be required.

Assignment of Lease
This form is used to assign a Lease from an existing Tenant to a new Tenant (Assignee), with the Landlord's approval.

Demand for Rent
This is a demand for outstanding rent, for use by a Landlord. It includes a certificate of service on the Tenant.

Landlord's Consent to Sublease
Leases usually require the landlord’s written consent before a sublease is valid. This form can be used to record the landlord's consent to a sublease of property.

Lease Termination Agreement
This is a termination of a standard lease for residential or commercial property. The form contains questions concerning the property being leased, the Lessor, and the Lessee.

List of Damages
The document will create a list of existing damages to a rental property for signature by the Landlord and Tenant.

This is a standard Security Deposit Receipt to be used by a Landlord to provide the Tenant a receipt for the payment of a security deposit. The document, which also allows the Tenant to record any repairs or corrections that need to be made to the leased property, is to be signed by both parties.

Sublease
This product creates a simple sublease allowing a Subtenant to lease property from an existing Tenant, under the allowances provided by the original lease between the Tenant and Landlord. This document assumes that the Subtenant will be assuming all responsibilities and obligations of the current Tenant, and making full payment of monthly lease payments and other charges and fees as depicted in the original lease.
